Stay Out
Do not go back into a burning house. Your life is more important than any of your belongings. Your belongings can be replaced – you cannot!
If your pets are in the same room as you, then take them with you when you escape. Do not waste precious minutes looking for them. Do not go back inside for your pets. The Fire Service can be with you in minutes. Firefighters are trained and have breathing apparatus which will let them go inside and rescue your pets. Stay outside your home and wait for the Fire Service. Only go back inside when the Fire Service tell you that it is safe to do so.
